congratulations.
retired persons like me , have recieved a platform after putting in hard work for 40 years. we have experience and insight that comes when the time is gone.
any amount of intlectualisation now will not help, because the times have changed.
the work culture is not same anymore.
still some fundamentles will always remain the same.

the main thing is attitude. and attitudes are formed by so many factors, many of those are beyond your control, after you have grown up. but the very possible is very difficult.
all the strong likes and dislikes, cravings and avertions , are due to our reactions to our own body sentations. there is meditation technique which can chage very hard core embedded behaviours from our system. but it is not easy, no quick solutions. if anybody is seriously thinking to change , and you have to change yourseff., there is sure way. pl think and ask.

I agree that today’s executives are over-stressed and things such as meditation can help relieve the stress. Meditation is basically a tool to deviate your mind in a different direction chosen by the technique used, there being several forms available. My thought is that even reading and music are forms of meditation and can help deviate and de-stress you. Reading these articles is a good de-stresser for me.
